Das Haus war abgewohnt und ungepflegt. Im Bad war ein Loch in der Decke, es gab keine Klobürste und in der Dusche befanden sich Schmutz und /oder Schimmel. Teilweise waren die Gardinen aus der Führung gesprungen. Im Küchenschrank befand sich nasses Geschirr, und in der Küchenspüle fehlte der Stöpsel.
