Lovely simple cottage, well located on 1000 m 2 large dune plot. Only 300 m to the sea at Lild Strand in Lild the most attractive holiday home area. Here is the opportunity for lots of walks in the beautiful nature that characterizes the area. The cottage has a living room with wood burning stove, Danish and German TV and DVD player. Kitchen from 2019 i.a. equipped with refrigerator, ceramic hob and convection oven as well as dishwasher. Bathroom with shower and toilet and underfloor heating. There are a total of three bedrooms. Good open terrace area.
Layout: open kitchen(cooker(electric), hood, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), Living/bed room(TV(german television channels, danish TV channels (DR1 and TV2)), radio), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(single bed, 2x bunk bed), bathroom(floor heating)(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet), heating(electric), terrace(15 m2)
