Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi and Apple TV allow streaming of your favorite content, while a climate-friendly air-to-air heat pump in the living area keeps the home comfortable year-round. In addition, a separate annex on the property provides two extra sleeping spaces as an alternative option. Please note that the annex is uninsulated and has no electricity, making it unsuitable for cooler months; outside the summer season, the home is therefore suitable for up to four guests. The 1,250 m² natural plot is perfect for outdoor activities, with trees, open spaces for ball games, and a variety of play equipment for children, including a playhouse, slide, and garden trampoline (use at own risk). With its combination of indoor comfort, outdoor space, and proximity to the coast, this holiday home is an ideal setting for a relaxing family getaway. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
