In the Løjt holiday center, you will find this holiday home with a magnificent panoramic view of Genner Bay, the Little Belt, and the small island of Barsø. The 70 m2 living space of the vacation home offers two bedrooms and a loft with two additional sleeping places. Outside, there is a large, southwest-facing terrace and a large lawn with plenty of space for games and fun in the fresh air. From the property, you can also enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the water. The vacation home is equipped with a cozy wood-burning stove and an energy-efficient heat pump, which can also be used as air conditioning on hot summer days. With the beach just a short distance away, a trip to the sea is no problem. The coast of Løjt is considered child-friendly and offers views of the small ferry to Barsø, among other things. As an alternative to the sea, you can use the holiday resort's outdoor pool free of charge, which is only about 200 m from the house. The pool is open from May 15 to September 15. There is a café/restaurant by the pool, which is open during the summer months. Other shared activities near the house include beach volleyball, mini golf, boccia, and an arcade. If you would like to travel with more than 6 people, you can also rent property 43894, which is identical to this house and is only about 10 m further away. No rentals to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
