This apartment is rented out as a whole and will be entirely available to our guests. It includes a parking space in the building itself.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!! This apartment is heated by radiators, which are turned on from November through April and provide constant, even heat throughout the day. In light of the climate and social emergency, we’re committed to responsible energy use—we want to be part of the solution, not the problem. Therefore, given our city’s oceanic climate—where temperatures during the coldest winter months range from 6° to 15° C— heating will be available during two time slots: one in the morning and one in the afternoon, always maintaining a comfortable temperature between 18° and 20° C.

Check-in will take place between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. (*) We do not have a 24-hour front desk, so please provide an approximate check-in time a couple of days before your arrival. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m., when the cleaning crew arrives. Keys will be left at the location indicated by the Host. Parties and events are prohibited. Unauthorised guests are not permitted on the premises. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the property. Pets are not allowed. (*) A late check-in may be requested in advance, between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m., for an additional fee of 20 euros, to be paid in cash to the Host in charge of check-in. No check-ins will be accepted after 11:00 PM; after this time, the reservation will be considered a NO-SHOW.

Good access to urban and intercity public transport. Easy and pleasant pedestrian access—no need to worry about the car, as a parking space is provided.

Beautifully renovated apartment, located a ten-minute walk from the historic city centre and a 10- to 15-minute drive from the beach, shopping district, and restaurant area: a very comfortable and quiet place to stay with all the amenities. The apartment is located on the ground floor. It consists of a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a half-bath, and an interior terrace. The living room is very spacious and bright: a pleasant area to relax and unwind. It features a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi. The kitchen, recently renovated, features a ceramic-glass cooktop and electric oven; a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a range hood, and a washing machine. It also includes all the necessary kitchenware for a comfortable holiday stay. There is also a dining table and chairs. There are two bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm double bed and natural ventilation. The bedrooms are also equipped with closets and bedding. The bathroom features a shower stall with a glass screen. It is a spacious and very comfortable bathroom, ideal for this type of stay. The apartment has everything you need for a few days of relaxation and unwinding: bedding and towels, kitchenware, appliances, Wi-Fi, and heating available from November through April.
