Luxurious newly built loft located in a quiet area of the center of Milan.
A few steps from the Navigli and the Darsena, just 15 minutes from the Duomo and Cadorna station, this loft, equipped with every comfort, will allow you to enjoy the shopping and clubs of Milan, guaranteeing you privacy and tranquility.
The Loft is spread over two floors and has a mezzanine sleeping area with a large wardrobe and a comfortable work area.
Super fast Wi-Fi, AC and parquet throughout the house.
Modern loft equipped with all comforts: parquet, air conditioning, unlimited WI FI, bed linen and towels, washing machine & dryer, kitchen equipped with Nespresso, oven and microwave and dishwasher, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
Characterized by a large mezzanine with a large and comfortable staircase on which there is a double bed.
Spacious living area with semi-independent kitchen, sofa bed.
The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower and separate toilet area.
Sheets and towels, parquet, equipped kitchen, washing machine and dryer, bathroom with shower, wifi with unlimited fiber.
We also offer self check-in starting at 3 p.m., so as to allow our guests to enter at any time of the day or night, without worrying about delays or waiting.
For bookings of 3-4 guests you will find the double bed and the sofa bed all included in the price. If, on the other hand, there are 1-2 guests, the sofa bed will not be prepared unless you notify us in advance for 20€ for the extra linen. . City Tax: € 9,50 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 15 nights
