It features 22 stunning individual properties as well as the historic and beautiful Hall itself, which dates back to 1097, having been in the same family for 900 years.

Surrounded by amazing scenery and countryside, this resort offers a huge range of activities and wellness initiatives. Boasting the Wellness Centre, a dedicated state-of-the-art wellbeing retreat centre, they offer a number of classes, groups and sessions that can be booked separately.

The wider estate, being situated just next to the Yorkshire Dales National Park, offers excellent bike rides, walking trails, a mountain bike trail, catered picnic experiences for the summer months, woodland dining, forest bathing, foraging experiences and even a woodland sauna.

Redberry House

This breathtaking countryside holiday home exudes relaxation and tradition. Dating back to the 18th century, Redberry House has been thoughtfully restored with modern features and contemporary interiors whilst highlighting the history and heritage.

Spacious and full of light, it has 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms so provides plenty of space for groups of all types and is, of course, pet friendly meaning you can bring your furry family with you too, we’d love to welcome them.

It’s an excellent base from which to explore the amazing scenery just on your doorstep as you’re just at the foot of the world famous Yorkshire Dales National Park meaning you have access to plenty of walks and rambles all across the Dales, or you could take your bikes across the many cycling trails it also has to offer.

Redberry House is a stay like no other, with its own private garden you can spend as much time relaxing here as you like in wonderful homely surroundings, but if you’d rather spend all day out and about in the countryside then you’re in an absolutely ideal location to do so.

Ivy Cottage

Charm, privacy and intimacy are the main vibes here at Ivy Cottage, where you’re getting all of that plus the incredible Yorkshire Dales right on your doorstep.

Ideal for romantic getaways, Ivy Cottage has one spacious bedroom sleeping up to 2 guests and 1 ensuite bathroom too. It boasts all the modern features and amenities you’d want for your Yorkshire holiday as well as contemporary interiors but blended with the unique history and heritage of the house and its surroundings.

Carrying on that theme of privacy you’ll have access to your own private garden and if you decide to leave then you’re quite literally on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Dales with some of the best views anywhere around.

The spacious living room is clean, full of light and contains contemporary features as well as a wood burner that’s perfect for cosy winter evenings. The kitchen, which is adjoining, has everything you’ll need for an easy Yorkshire stay. Upstairs is a king size bedroom with a separate bathroom with a shower and bath.

In the heart of the idyllic village, 9 Gargrave Road is the perfect Yorkshire holiday home, right on the doorstep of the Yorkshire Dales, taking in all the scenery you’d expect in such a wonderful location.

The house itself has 3 spacious bedrooms sleeping up to 5 guests and has access to a beautiful private garden for you to enjoy. As you’re right on the edge of the Dales, you have an abundance of excellent walks and cycling trails right round the corner.

The design of the house has blended contemporary and unique interiors with modern features into the unique heritage and history of the building.

On entry you’ll find a snug living room with an electric wood burner. The dining room is on the ground floor and is an ideal space for family or group meals. The refurbished and modern kitchen has everything you’ll need to make your stay as easy and peaceful as possible.

Upstairs you’ll find the bedrooms, comprised of two double bedrooms and one single room. The bathroom is located on the first floor.
