Extremely spacious and set in a prime elevated location within a secure gated community, offering stunning views of the La Concha mountain range and breathtaking 180 degree panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, Gibraltar, and the North African coast on clear days.

Despite its tranquil setting, Villa Rose is less than 5 minutes drive to the beach (2.4k downhill), 6 minutes drive to Marbella centre and La Cañada Shopping Centre, and 13-15 minutes to the famous Puerto Banus.

Villa Rose features 6 large double rooms, each with one or two double-wardrobes with interior drawers. Features travertine stone, oak veneered wardrobes. Five bedrooms feature private, furnished terraces. All bedrooms provide en-suite bathrooms equipped with walk-in high-quality hand and overhead showers, bespoke cabinets/furniture with ample storage, LED-lit vanity mirrors, Duravit WCs and high-quality large-format tiles. All bedrooms except Bedroom 5 have underfloor heating for additional comform in the winter months, if required.

Spacious Living Areas:

The main lounge and upper lounge offer bespoke furniture and custom seating arrangements for comfort and style, statement bioethanol fireplaces and travertine stone. A solarium/glass room on the upper floor is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean sun in the winter months and is fully-openable to enjoy during summer.

Entertaining and leisure:

The villa also includes a games room/bar for entertainment, a kid’s snug/TV room, and a sauna. All internal and external kitchens are supplied and fitted by Porcelanosa. The main kitchen/dining area is fitted with SMEG and Siemens appliances and features a bespoke dining table with for seating 14, with amazing sea views.

Outdoor Features:

Large terraces surround the sea-facing part of the villa. The cabana/gazebo with fitted Porcelanosa kitchen, offers external dining with a professional-grade BBQ for al fresco dining. Mature, landscaped gardens feature many tropical plants and large palm trees. The villa also includes a gym equipped with free weights, Hur compressed air resistance equipment, a large 9m x 5m heated* swimming pool, and a small dipping pool/hot tub.

Smart/Internet TVs are located in the main lounge, games room/bar, snug, and gym. The property offers high-speed, ultra-fast 600Mbps internet and WiFi throughout. Enjoy seamless audio with the multi-room Sonos Sound System available throughout the property in the lounge, kitchen/dining, games room/bar, and terraces/pool. There are a variety of board games and a selection of english-language fiction books.

Inclusive full cleaning and laundry change every 7 nights with light clean after 3rd night. This frequency can be increased for a fee.
*Pool heating carries an extra charge and at least 3 working days notice is required.

Security:

Villa Rose has an alarm and video entry system. It is located within a gated community (with gate monitoring between 15:00 and 07:00) with a security service that provides vehicles periodically patrolling the area.
