Sunshine is a beautiful detached property, situated directly on the beach front in a prime Bracklesham Bay location. The house has panoramic sea views and private beach access via the large garden. Ideal for families and friends, Sunshine has a South facing verandah and french doors from the living space which open up the house to the sound of the waves on the shoreline.
Sunshine has a beautiful open plan kitchen/dining/living area with doors to the verandah and south facing garden which leads directly onto the beach.

Sunshine has four beautiful bedrooms to sleep 9 guests all furnished with super soft linen and fluffy towels. On the ground floor you will find two king rooms with separate family bathroom with bath and shower and on the first floor there is a master king with ensuite bath and a bunk room with one bunk bed and one small single.

Perfect for families and friends the house has a large sofa area with flatscreen TV, a large dining table to seat 8 and a separate snug for the kids. The first floor features a family bathroom with bath and separate shower. The property features delightful front and rear gardens, the rear garden has plenty of garden furniture plus a patio BBQ area, at the end of the lawn you will find a little gate which opens for direct access onto the beach.

There is a large driveway with parking for several vehicles for guest use.

Our stay was primarily enjoyed as the prooerty was as described. We particularly loved the flow of the property as the reception rooms and kitchen were open and lead to the outside space. This meant that we could all be in different areas but were still together. The location of the beach (a big reason we booked Sunshine) was an absolute pleasure for all our family.

Family Time

Everything was as described and a very easy process from booking, through to checking out. The flow of the property meant, even when people where in different ateas, it felt like we were still together.. Having the beach literally at the end of the garden, truly enhanced if not made our stay.. We had a very enjoyable experience at 'Sunshine'. One negative would be that many items in the kitchen had to be washed before we could use them due to them having been stored but not thoroughly cleaned. Thank you for our memories at Synshine.

Bracklesham Bay
This is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. A prehistoric coastline, keep your eyes peeled for fossilised sharks teeth which can be found lying in the sand.

East Wittering Village
Known by local’s as ‘God’s pocket’ due to its sunny climate, East Wittering is bursting with places to eat and drink. The village is lined with trendy surf shops, such as Shore Watersports, drinking and eating venues, such as Drifters, traditional village shops, butchers, bakers and grocers.

West Wittering
West Wittering is a watersports haven, with miles of sandy beach and sand dunes it’s the perfect place to learn to surf. An ideal place to picnic with the family; the beach has lifeguards in the summer and a wonderful cafe serving lunches, ice cream and hot chocolates all year round.
