The cottage is located in scenic and quiet surroundings, with child-friendly sandy beach, forest and fields. The cottage is decorated with stylish colors and details, large bright bathrooms and a functional, well-equipped kitchen that offers sufficient closet space. Two good and large rooms. The large glass part of the living room in front of the partially covered terrace ensures a good light. The cottage is cheap in consumption as there is a good heat pump and wood burning stove. There are at least 4 Danish channels. 1-3 Swedish channels. 1-3 Norwegian channels and at least 4 German channels. In addition, there are good parking options on the plot in front of the house. The area is a central starting point for experiencing many of North Jutland's attractions, such as Skagen, the West Coast and Aalborg. The fishing town of Sæby is located approx. 10 km from the house and offers good shopping, a cozy harbor and several restaurants.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
