Buyer Beware. No value and excesssive charges after

The place is very loud at night and I couldn’t sleep. Mattress was very hard and hurt my back. Hostess was uncommunicative during my 23 day stay. Hostess wants additional 530 dollars after staying for what I have no idea. I want my money back. I had many sleepless nights. I needed assistance from host but no response . Host only wants to see how much she can get out of me.
