Welcome to our newly renovated beachfront apartment in the heart of Marbella, with unbeatable sea and mountain views.

This stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment sleeps up to 6 guests, with a 160 cm sofa bed in the living room.

Fully renovated in July 2025, it features a modern white, grey and silver interior with a minimalistic, exclusive feel.

The location is exceptional: first line beach on Paseo Marítimo, just steps from Playa Faro and Playa Fontanilla. You are a 5-minute walk from Marbella Old Town and Orange Square, 2 minutes from Ricardo Soriano, and close to the harbour, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, gyms and yoga studios. No car is needed.

The apartment has two terraces. The front terrace faces south/southwest with beautiful views over the Mediterranean, Puerto Banús and, on clear days, the African coastline. The back terrace faces east/northeast with views of La Concha mountain.

I fell in love with Marbella not only for all the obvious reasons, but also because of this beautiful apartment, the incredible location, and the wonderful experience we had during our stay.Every day was an absolute joy. Unlike many vacations where returning to your accommodations can feel like the end of the day, I genuinely looked forward to coming back to the apartment. I could relax on the terrace, take in the stunning views, and continue enjoying everything Marbella has to offer. Mornings were especially peaceful—sipping coffee on the terrace while planning the day ahead quickly became one of my favorite routines.The location simply couldn't be better. The beach is just steps away, and there are countless fantastic restaurants, shops, and attractions within easy walking distance.We did experience a small issue on our first night when the air conditioning wasn't working properly. However, the host immediately made our comfort a priority and stayed in constant communication with us until the issue was resolved. Remarkably, it was fixed in less than an hour. That level of responsiveness and care is what truly defines exceptional hospitality. It appeared to be a rare and unexpected issue that future guests are unlikely to encounter.I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. Our stay was so enjoyable that it actually inspired me to start dreaming about owning a place in Marbella someday. If you're considering booking this property, don't hesitate!
