About the host

I'm a woman and a mom. I love nature, travel, my family, and all that makes life enjoyable in its essence. I like to compare myself to people from other cultures and learn as many foreign languages as possible so l don't have limits and boundaries!
Why they chose this property
Walking through Rome feels like stepping into a living museum where every corner tells a story. The scene is a blend of cobblestone streets, charming piazzas, and centuries-old buildings glowing in the golden Italian sunlight. Around you, the sounds of lively conversations, clinking coffee cups, and the distant hum of scooters bring the city to life. What I enjoy most about the area is how history and daily life intertwine so seamlessly—you can admire ancient ruins in the morning, enjoy a fresh plate of pasta at a family-run trattoria for lunch, and watch the city sparkle with lights as evening falls. There’s an energy here that’s both timeless and vibrant, making Rome not just a place to visit, but a place to feel.
What makes this property unique
What I love most about this place is the mix of history and convenience. Staying here means you’re just steps away from Porta Maggiore, one of the city’s ancient gateways, yet you’re also so well connected — buses, trams, and the metro are all nearby, making it easy to reach the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, or even Vatican City.
The neighborhood has an authentic Roman feel, with local cafés, trattorias, and small shops where you can soak in everyday life, rather than only being surrounded by tourists. At the same time, the property itself is a calm spot to come back to after a day exploring — comfortable, quiet, and welcoming.
It’s that balance of being close to everything, but still feeling like you have your own corner of Rome, that makes it truly special.
