It was an absolute delight to visit Besalú, a truly captivating medieval town in Catalonia, Spain. I absolutely loved exploring its iconic Romanesque bridge and wandering through the well-preserved Jewish Quarter, especially seeing the ancient Mikveh, and staying in the beautiful Monastery of Sant Pere. Getting lost in the charming cobbled streets and indulging in the local Catalan cuisine were highlights, and even a unique stop at Circusland added to the fun!
