Welcome to our tranquil 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse style condo in sunny Palm Desert, Southern California.

Flexation Destination!!
A perfect hideaway for writers, editors, artists and creative people who need peace and quiet in a clean and comfortable place. Excellent place for remote working, remote schooling, and telecommuting.

Our condo is located inside Woodhaven Country Club with a golf Course, multiple swimming pools (one right next to our condo), Spa, dining and bar, and a well equipped workout gym in the clubhouse and sleeps 8 people.

The condo has keyless no contact check-in and check-out, and enhanced cleaning protocols to ensure everyone's safety during COVID 19.

Two bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed, it's own bathroom, walk-in closet and a TV. The second bedroom had two twin beds and a large closet.

The open concept living area has a fully equipped kitchen with GE Profile appliances plus a dishwasher, dining area for six, wet bar with a wine cooler, fireplace, and living area with Queen Size Sleeper Sofa, plenty sitting, and a large screen TV.

From the kitchen and the living area, you have views of the lake and the golf course.

The master bedroom located upstairs provides a sanctuary for the Kings & Queens of the domain. Behind the double doors of this retreat is a king bed, an office/sitting area, a bathroom with double sinks, large walk in closet, extra closet space between the closet and bathroom, a generous size dresser, a TV, and great views of the lake and golf course.

The covered/shaded patio area has plenty sitting and a gas BBQ grill for your grilling. Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee, or relax with a glass of wine at the end of a lovely.

Really nice property

Property was very clean, had very comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, a nice patio, good WIFI and cable tv. It was close to the pool and hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay.

Woodhaven Property in beautiful golf setting

This Woodhaven property has been remodeled to suit any vacationer with granite tile countertops throughout, high end refrigerator and stove as well as a Webber natural gas grill on the patio. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all spacious and well designed. The pool and Jacuzzi were easily accessible and a pleasure to use. Our host James was very easy to contact and addressed any question quickly. Definitely a place to make a return visit.

This is a great location on the Woodhaven property, being very close to one of the pools. James was a good communicator, questions are answered promptly. Kitchen, bathrooms great. The carpet stains were off putting and some linens need replacing. Beach towels pool toys were great.

We bought this Tranquil, Clean, spacious, 2 story, 3 bedroom, 3 bath 1808 sq/ft home because of its views of the golf course and the lake, and its proximity to several pools and spa. Great for the kids and adults. It is in the beautiful Woodhaven Country Club, nestled in the heart of Palm Desert.

The extra large master suite on second floor is a quiet and private retreat with a king bed, sitting/office area, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and private bathroom with double sinks, and a smart TV.

The second bedrooms has a queen bed, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, and private bathroom with shower and a TV.
The third bedroom 2 twin bed, a large closet and the bathroom located across the hall has a bathtub.

The open kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. The downstairs open floor concept is great for relaxing and entertaining. The kitchen opens up to the living and dining area, with counter seating for four. The dining table seats up to six people.

The living room has a fireplace, a sleeper sofa, and flat screen TV, and plenty sitting. The home a washer & dryer inside the condo, an atrium area , garage, cable TV and WIFI throughout the house.

This home is arranged to maximize the outdoor experience in the Desert with a generous patio, gas BBQ, outdoor dining furniture and luscious landscaping, featuring a spectacular view of the 4th Fairway of Woodhaven Country Club.

As a guest, you can to enjoy weekly activities, Woodhaven's 18-hole golf course, par 70, a 34,000 square foot clubhouse with dining room, snack bar, pro shop, gym (treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights)steam room and massage services and men's and women's locker rooms. The condo is bright, well lit and has views of the golf course, the lake and is located away from traffic.

In the mornings, enjoy a sip of coffee on the patio or in the air conditioned comfort of the kitchen or couch.In the evening (or any time of day for that matter), enjoy a sip of perfectly chilled glass of wine form the wine cooler. Look out to the well maintained golf course and enjoy the duck splash and puddle along the soothing water on the lake.

When you need some peace and quiet, retreat to you master bedroom from where you have even better views of the lake and golf course.

The 2 story atrium located in the middle of the home is a perfect place to sit and ponder the beauty of life. With a glass of wine or a cuppa, you'll be glad you chose this home for your stay.
