You have just found the best Bungalow Style 3-Bedroom Condo available in the highly coveted Desert Falls Country Club.

The moment you step inside this home, you are welcomed by an elegant, tranquil setting that features vaulted ceilings, a remodeled gourmet kitchen and countless resort-like amenities our guests have full and complimentary access to.

This stunning home is perfect for families and entertaining and is brand new to the vacation rental market. Be one of the first to stay here and take advantage of brand new, top of the line kitchen appliances. The huge kitchen is amazing, bright and open with table and counter seating for at least 8. This great kitchen is stocked with everything a professional or amateur chef could dream of. The large dining table can also comfortably accommodate 8-10. The laundry room is roomy and features brand new appliances as well.

There are 2 en suite bedrooms with one being a very expansive master suite that feels like a private oasis featuring a sitting area and gas fireplace on the bedroom side but also facing the deep, luxurious soaking tub. Both suites have large walk in closets and California King beds. The third bedroom features a full size mattress and 2 twins in a bunk bed (perfect for the young ones!). There is a powder room with toilet and vanity and a spacious laundry room as well.

If you must work, we have a very comfortable workstation and the home features lightning fast Wi-Fi service that even works on the patios. Speaking of the patios, there are 2 large, light filled patios. Grill an amazing meal and dine al fresco while enjoying the comfortable desert evening air. Our East-facing patio gets the glorious morning sun but offers a reprieve in the afternoon and evening, which keeps the main living areas cool. Not afraid of a little sun? That’s great! Soak it up in the early afternoon to early evening on our West-facing patio and work on that tan!

Desert Falls Country Club is a quiet and serene 24/7 guard gated community. As a guest of ours you have full and complimentary access to the Desert Falls Country Club state of the art fitness facilities and that includes tennis courts and pickle ball courts. Desert Falls Country Club is a public course so come hit the links on one of the highest rated “slope courses”, enjoy a sunset cocktail in the beautiful clubhouse after and retire to your gorgeous home to get some rest and relaxation before doing it all again the next day.

Delightful Stay in Palm Desert

The property was as advertised, clean, well kept and in a a good location. The host manager, Drew, was excellent. He responded quickly to all enquires and assisted us in a couple of special requests.

Home away from home

The home was exactly as advertised. We had a great time. We happen to know the location and like it. The people in the complex were friendly and the pickleball was excellent. We didn't like the golf course and played elsewhere. Besides that, it was fantastic in all respects. We will return!

First, Drew Hopkins, the property manager, was great-prompt communication, responsive to our needs, which were few because the house was well-appointed, immaculate, and super comfortable. I’ve rented VRBOs many times and this was the best experience.

Fantastic not so Fantastic

The property and house were beautiful; the location was top notch. However, there were several issues. The place was not overly clean - black particles at the base of a toilet, dirty socks and slippers from walking on the carpet, dirty windows, and unsanitary garbage cans. The empty garbage cans in the garage were so smelly that we didn't want to keep our car in the garage. Ceiling lights in a bathroom and closet were burnt out. We brought the can odor and non-functioning lights to the attention of the manager, who quickly corrected them. The 3rd, smaller bedroom has a bed that was sagging in the middle and uncomfortable for the adult who was in this room. Also, the closet in this room was sealed off for other use. There were no screens on the windows; letting air in meant insects too. The screen on the sliding glass door in the bedroom was crudely patched. A very big disappointment for me was the lack of propane for the grill. On the last night, we invited friends over for a nice steak dinner. I had tested the grill the previous day and everything worked. However, 3 minutes into cooking, the propane ran out. All 3 of the extra propane tanks in the garage were empty! Why have empty tanks around? The cookout was a disaster. Maybe this note will lead to better property management. If not, be aware of this "Paradise in the Desert." This A-class property had D-class upkeep for our visit.

Caserta, Al waw good, ecept some small items that needed fixing. Drew was very helpful.

The cleaning gals needed to dust and leave a list of things that were needed-dustpan, mop, barbecue to be cleaned. Drew bought a new clothes dryer as new parts couldn't be found for the old one. The place needs a second set of sheets for each bed.

Very Nice Unit—Well Located— Nicely Appointed

We stayed for 2 weeks with some of the time my husband and I and part of the time joined by others at different times ranging from age 5 through 78, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, plenty of dishes, close to pools and in the heart of Palm Desert. Truly, we were there for a rest and that we had. We are not golfers, nor tennis players, but each were amply available. The area is very quiet, and some of the pools are close to other condos. Though not a problem at all, we did seek out pools that had a bit more privacy from other condos, finding a couple of them very nearby. Drew was extremely responsive and kind... a pleasure to work with. We would recommend this getaway.

Perfect get away

This house was great and lived large. There are a couple of pools close by and there was nobody there when we went. Close to the grocery and pharmacy and well enough equipped that we had all our meals at home for the week. It's close to a busy road but separated by a solid fence and when you are inside its very quiet. I would happily spend a month or more there and am already looking forward to going back. Drew was super helpful and answered all of my questions.

Perfect Palm Desert Get Away

A perfect fall get away. Desert heat and beautiful pool. Get up, distant learning for the kids, distant work for the adults, afternoon sun and fun at the pool, evening dinner and movie time, sleep & repeat! We were looking for a place that had a good amount of social distancing and that’s exactly what we got. The pool was ours the whole time. Ralph’s grocery store less than a mile away. Drew was great! The check in process was seamless. He checked in frequently via texting to make we had everything we needed. The place was just as advertised. Beautiful bedrooms, lots of space. WiFi was essential and was “lightning fast”, front patio was a nice place to relax in the AM and PM after things cooled down. We had a bit of a heat wave with temps in the triple digits. The AC kept the house at a perfect 74 degrees the whole time. What can I say. It’s exactly what we wanted. Drew was very responsive and we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family.

Desert paradise

We went to art for a family get away where we could be together and safe in a city we love to frequent, well at least me for golf. The pics are beautiful but the property is even better, pics don’t do it justice. So much room and Drew is a fantastic host! The ladies loved the decor and the boys loved the Big screen tv’s. We will be be an again. This place is in a great central location of Palm desert with plenty of pools on property to relax in. We can’t forget going to Sherman deli either and other great eatery’s all within a mile or so. We will be back. Thanks Drew for a great bday weekend for my son!

Heaven on Earth

My wife and I stayed here for our 25t wedding anniversary for 5 days. The property is very well kept and has everything you need, and is very conveniently located close to stores and restaurants. Good stay until covid19 arrived

The property was very comfortable and Drew, the property mgr, was extremely attentive. When we had the occasional problem he was right there to help us. Good location, pond in the yard had ducks and turtles. Close to two pools.
