The house has three bedrooms with new double beds. One of them has an extra sleeper sofa. There’s another sleeper sofa in the landing if you need to accommodate 10 people.

One bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub, shower, and laundry sink. The room has a TV and plenty of space for clothes in the large mirrored closet.

The other two bedrooms on the ground floor share a new bathroom with a shower. There is ample closet space in both rooms.

The kitchen is brand new, very spacious, and opens onto a corner living room with a built-in fireplace. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, microwave, ice maker, food processor, toaster, spices, oil, sugar, flour, coffee, etc. (based on the “replenish as you go” principle).

There is a large garden with a spacious patio, patio furniture, and a grill. Here you can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. When darkness falls, you can enjoy the evening by the outdoor fireplace or the fire pit in the garden’s southwest-facing corner.

The annex features a large sauna, shower, and toilet.

In addition to the villa apartment, the property includes a permanently occupied rental unit. It has its own entrance and private terrace, so it won’t interfere with your experience of “having the place all to yourself.”

The house is located near the beach and forest in Græsted, where you’ll find an inn, restaurants, and good supermarkets. It’s close to Gilleleje and the entire north coast. If you’d like to take a quick trip to Sweden, it’s only a 30-minute drive to the ferries in Helsinge. And if Copenhagen’s attractions beckon, you can be there in under an hour by car or a little over an hour by train.
