Inside Pallavicino residence, a 5-minute walk from the centre of Stresa, on the second floor of a building without lift, is the Marenco flat. Marenco has been completely renovated and is equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi. The living room has an open kitchen, a dining table, a sofa that becomes a single bed, and a TV. From here there is a beautiful view of the lake and access to the large covered terrace with lake view equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs for relaxing. The bedroom is double and there is a brand new bathroom with shower and washing machine. Under the building there is a single garage and a covered parking space for guests.
The residence where Marenco is located is in a green, sunny and very quiet area with the great advantage that it allows you to reach the centre and the lake in a few minutes.
