Peaceful location with views to Exmoor and near Dartmoor walks
Peace and beautiful rural views to Exmoor far from the Madding crowds but still in reach of local villages about one and a half miles and both the Towns of Okehampton and Exeter are a 20 minute drives away. In 15 minutes you are on the edge of Dartmoor. The property is a clean, tidy two bedroom retro Lodge that sleeps 3 It is situated a a large garden with outdoor seating and a BBQ and free private parking. Fully connected with both electricity and calor gas hot water heating and cooking. Food shopping, Hot takeaways, cafes, breakfasts and fine pub dining is a mile and a half away together with a diesel and petrol station. Castle Drogo, Okehampton castle and Exeter Cathedral is not far away and there is easy access to beaches including in North Devon and Cornwall.
There is a dining table with a kitchen including a kettle, toaster and microwave and a area for seating with TV. The bathroom has a small half bath and shower. All designed for a comfortable stay. No Children or Dogs.
