Winter relaxation

A beautiful location to enjoy all of Arizona. Great outside spaces for family and friends. Home had everything to make my stay a great experience.

A great place to get out of cold Pennsylvania

Home was perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed our time at the community pool and spa. Sunsets were outstanding. It was nice to have an extra room for working from home. The home appeared to be decorated by the owners, not a decorator from Home Goods. Kitchen well equipped. It was fun to go into CareFree for the evening. Lots of great desert hiking near by. Would love to stay again at The Boulders!

Excellent rental property in The Boulders

Excellent property conveniently located in The Boulders, northern Scottsdale, southern Carefree. Excellent amenities in house, all in good working condition. Hosts are responsive to any needs and very courteous. A great area for walking throughout the Boulders community. Enjoyed our near two month stay.

Fantastic stay

We stayed for several weeks and really enjoyed the home. It has a cozy, quirky feel to it. Great outdoor areas from the tranquil private front courtyard to the private back patio. Comes with everything you need including bikes to explore the neighborhood which is just a beautiful desert area. Definitely would recommend this home.

A Carefree Paradise

We recently concluded our vacation at the Coco’s home in Carefree, Arizona in January and February, 2020. We found the home to be warm, inviting, and comfortable; it provided us just about everything we could want or need. We definitely enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. During our stay, we had the opportunity to be in touch with both Cindy and Kip Coco, and found them to be helpful and easy to work with. If something needed attention, they responded immediately. It was nice to have two outside areas to enjoy. The front courtyard provided soothing shade in the front under the sail awning, and the back patio, with spa, allowed us to enjoy full sun while we took in the natural landscape and the visiting birds. If you are looking for a lovely rental in the Arizona desert to call home for a few weeks, one with extremely comfortable beds (including the hide-a-bed), do consider this one. It’s a winner!

Why they chose this property

Kip and Cindy had been visiting family in the Boulders for two decades. Having fallen in love with the desert, the view of the mountains and golfing, they decided to purchase this home for a future retirement place. This property meets all of their future needs, and has the lovely views that they love.

What makes this property unique

Access to the Boulders resort property amenities, gated community and the golf courses are the best attractions of this property. Along with the proximity to the Boulders, the house is close enough to Scottsdale shopping and restaurants for additional enjoyment by visitors to the area.
