A 1st class desert Oasis!

GuggenHaus on The Green is 1 of 2 western US Guggenheim family rental properties. This monthly rental desert oasis has everything you would expect in a 1st class Scottsdale vacation rental. This home is located in the gated community of the 5th Green in the the world renown Boulders Resort with unobstructed view’s of the green, the Boulders outcropping and Black Mountain. This tastefully and completely updated home offers plenty of natural light, soaring ceilings and large picture windows with electrically operated interior and exterior sun shades. Preparing large meals or just enjoying morning coffee is an absolute joy in the large, modern, fully stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances including a Viking gas stove top. The home offers 3 spacious bedrooms along with 3 full baths including new hand hewn bamboo flooring in all three bedrooms. A 65” flat screen HD TV is part of the home theater system in the living room area for those movie nights. The large living room also offers plenty of space for family and guest gatherings.

The backyard is your private retreat with mature cacti and variety of desert plantings, plenty of covered patio space, a new outdoor kitchen, and a heated salt water pool complete with a waterfall and outdoor gas burning chiminea. Be prepared for amazing sunsets over the Green and Boulder outcroppings with the western exposure. Just a short stroll away is the 5th Green community pool including a large hot tub that is also available in addition to your private pool at the GuggenHaus. High speed internet, cable TV and a wireless Bluetooth sound system are provided throughout the house. All of this on a quiet cul-de-sac lot. Monthly Boulder resort memberships are available for $550 per month per couple. Please inquire at the resort for more information.

The Boulders Carefree Getaway

The home, property and community were amazing. We enjoyed the lovely outdoor patio areas daily, the house was amazing and the neighbors were friendly and helpful. There are great restaurants and hiking nearby. It is an amazing lifestyle to enjoy this home and area. The host was available, informative and accommodating. We also enjoyed wildlife; javelina, bobcats, coyotes and many bunnies!

Awesome!

We have been coming to The Boulders property and the Scottsdale area for many years for business and vacation. This was the first time we spent a whole month and immersed ourselves! Daniel our host is very on top of things and communication was easy. Plenty to do from golf, hiking, shopping and eating. We totally recommend the Four Seasons up at Troon for sunset cocktails!

Great host, perfect location

The house was great. Super quiet hieghborhood. Host was super responsive . I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a relaxing stay in North Scottsdale. Pool area is like an oasis.

Immaculate house with fantastic view from beautiful garden!

An outstanding property with a fabulous view from the beautiful garden across the golf course to Black Mountain. Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated, this house was extremely well equipped with everything in working order. The owner, Dan, was friendly, easy to work with , and very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed being on the Boulders Resort property. We played golf, frequently walked the Nature Trail, and used the resort restaurants. Close to wonderful hikes and Cave Creek.

Gorgeous GuggenHaus! Five-Star Beauty!

Spectacular property, sparkling clean, very well-appointed and furnished — even better than described. The location In the Boulders Resort is fantastic and the views are sublime. We had such a wonderful and relaxing time and cannot wait to return. The pool and patio area is particularly beautiful. The host/owner, Dan Guggenheim, was great — when he found out that my birthday was during our stay — he sent me flowers. Now that is 5-star service, above and beyond. Wow, we cannot say enough about this property.

Fabulous Pool, Mountain View and Sunsets

The rental was above and beyond everything we had hoped for. We spent a lot of time relaxing in the pool and watching sunsets by the fire. The house was amazing with everything we needed and the neighborhood was beautiful but quiet. Dan was great to work with and we made many memories. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!
