Hardwood floors, central heat & refrigerated air conditioning, 100% new kitchen with high end stainless appliances. 100% new marble bathroom. 60" Smart TV with Comcast cable and Xfinity wireless. Laundry. Comfy plush bedding, clean crisp linens and super clean rooms. This host made sure everything is new and works. No surprises here. Thats what a Superhost is all about. I have over 400 excellent reviews. Not many hosts can say that.

Another great stay

This was our second time staying in a property of Doug's. Like the first, it was great. We now know we can book a property of his with confidence, knowing it will be tasteful, clean and comfortable.

winter ABQ 2023

Perfect size 4 a couple. Comfortable beds w quality linens & towels. Kitchen stocked w essentials, altho mechanical can opener bent & unusable. Onsite laundry & garage. Good location, but busy & noisy street. Inaccurate check-in instructions; locked security gate blocked access 2 electronic lock on front door, so waited in cold 4 owner 2 arrive & unlock gate. Hot water a constant problem; on-demand system took long time 2 produce hot water in bathroom, so significant waste of water each time hot water needed there. Used kitchen sink 4 all hot water needs except 4 showers. Leak noted & reported 2 owner 3 days B4 end of stay, altho no action taken B4 we checked out. Unit cleaner when we left than when we arrived.

Lovely and clean accommodation

My wife and I stayed at this duplex 2 weeks and just loved our time there. It was clean and secure, and walking distance to a delicious bakery and Farmers market. Beds were comfortable and had a modern kitchen. We will stay again!!!

Great place

Very nice place, plenty of room, nice kitchen. Also has a great new / HUGE tv in the living room. Doug was great about responding quickly on the couple requests we made, and was very accommodating.

Marvelous!

It was easy to communicate with the property manager before the stay. Check in was amazingly easy. The property was clean, decorated very nicely and a very nice size. The beds were the most comfortable I've slept on! Property was within walking distance of so many things and an easy drive to many others. I'd love to come back next time I visit Albuquerque!

The unit has two spacious bedrooms and has been completely updated with all modern furnishings. We loved the location as it is in walking distance to the downtown Albuquerque area with coffee shops and restaurants. It was a great place to call home for our 4-week stay!

Beautiful home with a great location!

Everything was absolutely perfect and surpassed our expectations. Extra special touches were everywhere including the soft, crisp bedding, the well stocked kitchen and bathroom, and the large screen TV. The neighborhood was very quiet. The home is centrally located, and we enjoyed so many of the activities that Albuquerque has to offer. Thank you Doug because your VRBO offered us one of our best vacations ever!!!

We really enjoyed stayed here. It actually looks like the pictures! It was very cozy and we had everything we needed. Location was fantastic! So much to do in walking distance; ABQ Bio park, tingley beach, down town, tons or restaurants. If we went back we would stay again.

Very comfortable clean accommodations. Easy access to downtown, old town, highways to Santa Fe. This a neighborhood, with that said morning and evening commuters use Lead Ave. An added bonus, and one of my reasons for choosing this location, the one car garage. It’s a small garage, the Nissan Rogue fit nicely, I’m pretty sure anything larger would not fit.

This is a great place - very clean, nicely furnished, and well equipped with modern appliances.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tingly Beach Hide-A-Way. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood conveniently located within easy walking distance to restaurants and pubs. The property owner, Douglas, made sure that one feels right at home when staying here. A big plus is having a garage. Also, having laundry facilities on site eliminates the need to search the city for a laundromat. Being able to "come home" every day after touring the areas around Albuquerque helped to make our vacation very memorable.
