La casa è situata in collina, in un luogo immerso nella natura e nella tranquillità, dunque è una struttura adatta a chi vuole sì visitare le località umbre più importanti, che sono tutte raggiungibili in circa 30 minuti, per poi tornare a soggiornare nella quiete e nel silenzio della campagna. I negozi, i bar, le farmacie, i servizi, sono tutti raggiungibili in macchina in 10 minuti, a Gualdo Tadino o a Nocera Umbra. La zona circostante, nell'area di 3/5 km conta molti ristoranti dove poter assaporare le specialità umbre. Per quanto riguarda la linea telefonica, tutte le colline circostanti, dove ci sono moltissimi agriturismi, hanno problemi di segnale, ed è proprio questa la ragione per cui nella casa è presente un wi-fi perfettamente funzionante. Il bagno non è grande, ma la cabina doccia invece lo è, misurando ben 75 cm. Infine il giardino, che è un normale giardino di una piccola casa di campagna, è completamente recintato e attrezzato con tavolo e sedie per 8 persone (con grande ombrellone) e due lettini prendisole. In sintesi, questa è una casa perfetta per chi ricerca un po' di pace e un soggiorno ritemprante lontano dal caos delle città
