Start your hikes from here on the dream loop "Frau Holle", the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig or start your bike tour on the Ruwer-Hochwald cycle path, the former railway line to Trier. At Erbeskopf, the highest point in Rhineland-Palatinate, 20 minutes away, winter sports are possible.

The village of Reinsfeld offers you shopping opportunities within walking distance at the local bakery, butcher and a small shop. A pharmacy and doctor's office are also located directly in the town centre.
