The Capistrano Village area offers an oasis of comfort and convenience with two pool areas that together house a total of five pools, bar and restaurant.This terraced house comprises 106 square meters, spread over two floors. At the main entrance, you are welcomed by a spacious and airy living room with an open plan that smoothly merges with the kitchen. On the entrance floor you will also find a bedroom with a double bed and an associated bathroom. From the living room, you can step straight out onto a large sunny south-facing terrace and enjoy the breathtaking sea view. From here, the stairs lead down to the garden, perfect for relaxing and playing.On the ground floor, there are two more spacious bedrooms, furnished with double beds or two single beds, as well as a decorated bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. One of the bedrooms has direct access to the cozy patio.The Capistrano Village area, where the townhouse is located, is known for its very well-kept gardens and picturesque whitewashed houses with cozy corridors and two large nice pool areas.Nerja is a genuine and charming city with fantastic views of mountains and sea. There is everything from good food, culture and small hidden beaches as well as cozy mountain villages. The area offers beautiful nature where you can hike, cycle, climb, dive, etc. Nerja is also only 1.5 hours from the Sierra Nevada ski resort. There are also nice golf courses nearby. In other words, there is something for everyone in Nerja!DIRECTIONSDirections from Malaga airport to the town house at the address Calle Los Naranjos 15A, Nerja1. You drive from Malaga Airport and on the highway E-15 in the direction of Almeria, Motril. Here follow the signs through the entire Malaga, you now have a 45-minute drive to Nerja2. When you see the first signs “Nerja” wait to turn off the highway until the last exit, you shall turn of at exit 929.Here, you follow the sign “Nerja”.3. Disappointing

The house is typical for the settlement in Capistano Village. What was not typical I imagine was the extreme amount of noise we had to endure for at least half our five-week stay. The houses are attached and an apartment above. Walking, constant moving of furniture, loud talking on the terrace made it almost impossible to relax.And that was only from the neighbors upstairs. The walls are paper-thin and we also had to listen to the very loud sounds from next-door, especially when a family with teen-agers occupied the premises.Then the construction began. For over two weeks we had to listen to the loud generators of the painting crew on the house next door. A week before that they were cutting tiles, which if you ever heard that is extremely loud. There was no warning in the advertisement that there could be construction. When we complained the first time to the property managers they said they would contact the owners. No reply. When we complained again, there was zero response. We asked for a partial refund but again there was no reply. Be warned. The apartment is basically OK, although the bedroom upstairs is claustrophobic and there is a constant noise from the machine that presents moisture build-up. The downstairs bedroom is subterranean and with a window that everyone can see in. For privacy, you have to keep the curtains closed, which makes it dark and dreary. The kitchen is minimal. Everything is done on the cheap.Stay away if you want quiet and a pleasant vacat
