House with barbecue and pool

Beautiful rural house with views and private pool, the house is 20 min. from Granada, 25 min. from the Costa Tropical, and 50 min. from the Sierra Nevada ski resort.

It has 4 double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, another full bathroom, and a toilet, living-dining room, and equipped kitchen. The house is in a very quiet area, within walking distance to the town center; a park, supermarkets, and hiking trails are just a few minutes away.

The house is spacious and very bright, all rooms have ventilation and exterior views, and it also has central heating.

The pool area features a porch, sun loungers, and a barbecue.

The house is rented in its entirety and is not shared. Any damage or additional dirt caused in the accommodation will be deducted from the deposit.





The pool will be available during the summer months (ask for opening and closing dates). We supply firewood in the winter months, not included in the rental
