Stunning private garden and pool, spacious villa set around beautiful courtyard

Spacious four bedroom Moorish-style villa built around a large shaded courtyard, lots of character, totally private large walled garden with magnificent pool, olive, orange trees, superb mountain views. A rural retreat. Orgiva is five minutes drive or a 15 to 20 minute walk. Bars, restaurants, health food shops, supermarkets. Nearby charming mountain "white" villages. Beach 30 minutes, Granada 45 minutes. Ideal for two families (two cots, two highchairs and a rugged, three-wheel pushchair are all provided) or a group of friends.
The house is not fitted with air conditioning as it is mainly built in the traditional style with very thick walls to keep the bedrooms cool, however there are fans in every room.
We do not have a barbecue due to the risk of fire in the summer. You are welcome to use disposable barbecues but please ensure they are safely put out when finished.

1) to make your holiday as safe as possible. We are doing the following:
- we will be doing a deep clean between stays and providing sanitizers.
- we're happy to provide a basic welcome pack.
- we'll send a supermarket link on line so you can order your food.
- we can also let you know about take away deliveries.
- the property is ideal in the circumstances because it is completely private, relatively rural and yet only 15 to 20 minutes walk into town. Guests have often said that they rarely needed to leave the villa because of the beautiful views, spacious garden and large pool.

2) We've altered our cancellation policy so that a booking can be cancelled within 30 days (rather than 60) with a full refund and within 14 days with a 50% refund. (Please see website).
