A magnificent duplex that has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the first 1,60x2,00, 2nd bedroom 1,40x2,00, and third bedroom 1,40x2,00 on the top. Large solarium with sea views.
The house is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Kitchen: (pans, cutlery, electrical appliances, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, juicer, washing machine, etc.) For your toilet you have big and small towels, also beach and pool towels (Wifi, Smart TV, air conditioning).
It is a wonderful complex with 24 hours security, covered garage, pool bar-restaurant (Chiriguito), playground, direct access to the beach and is very close to shops, bars and cafes, buses and taxis.
