Wonderful hospitality and central location

This is a clean and incredibly well sited location from which to explore Rome by foot. Plenty of room for our family of five, though don’t expect much of a living room area, which barely matters when Rome is outside. The check in is easy and friendly, and our one issue with a blown fuse was solved right away. Beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are roomy and have great showers.Only caveat: The rooms come equipped with ear plugs for a reason. The traffic and emergency vehicle noise is significant. If you are like me and sleep through anything you’re fine, but noise sensitive sleepers should come prepared.

This is a beautiful, brand new apartment in a very pretty and safe neighborhood. Depending on where you will spend most of your time, it wasn’t very centrally located for our itinerary. It’s a good 30 minute walk or more to the area of the colosseum. The beds are absolutely incredible. The accommodations are clean, modern and comfortable. Unfortunately this particular apartment #0 has no living room to sit in the evening with friends or family, just a dining room table only. Also, we stayed here in October, we like it cold when we sleep, evidently there is a regulation on the set temperature in Rome during different seasons. We found it quite frustrating to have little control of the air conditioning. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place.

Dear Michael, thank you very much for your kind review. We are delighted that you appreciated the comfort and cleanliness of both the apartment and the neighborhood. Our location is right in the historic center of Rome, just a 10-minute walk from Vatican City and Piazza Navona. Of course, Rome is a large city, so some of the main areas are a bit further away, like Colosseum but the main attraction are all close to us. Regarding the living room, the apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table for six people, as shown in the photos. However, it does not include a separate living area, which you can find in some of the other apartments on our profile. Finally, please note that Rome has strict regulations regarding heating to control environmental pollution. During this season, the temperature is set to 22°C and cannot be adjusted by the host. When you reported this issue, our team did everything possible to assist you. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue to improve.
