Villa Aura

The newly built Villa Aura (AUR) is elegant and lavish, filled with fine materials, marble, richly toned wood, cotton, and satin. At the same time, the luxury rental property has a traditional St. Barth style of architecture that gives it an inviting island style. Along with the long swimming pool and oasis of palm trees on the terrace, it is a place of louvered doors, high ceilings, and cladded walls. Above all, it is light, airy, and luxe.

Villa Aura is located in Gouverneur and is next to Villa Maison Blanc Bleu, one of the best-known luxury villas on the island. It is of the same caliber and collection. The two villas can be rented together for a total of 12 bedrooms.

All of the rooms are on the same level, and there is a large parking area with a big entrance and easy access to the villa, which makes it a versatile choice for various types of groups. The second level has a sundeck and even better views than the main floor of the house. The lowest level has a fully equipped fitness room.

The living area has a comfortable seating arrangement and can be opened up on both sides to allow the island breezes to flow through. There is a projector and a screen that drops down in front of a large piece of art. Nearby is the gourmet kitchen with a marble island. It can also be opened on two sides to maximize airflow.

Two of the bedrooms are on one side of the villa and open to the terrace and the pool. Three of the remaining bedrooms are next to each other on the opposite side and share a terrace in front of the house. The sixth is in the back with a private entrance from the outside and a lovely outdoor shower. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and a projector and screen for watching movies in bed.

The main terrace has its long swimming pool, which is heated and perfect for swimming laps, as well as a jacuzzi and a sunken outdoor living area. All around the outdoor space are many locations for lounging, sunbathing, spending time with family and friends, and, of course, sharing meals.
