Room with private bathroom

I enjoyed staying in the room, the only con is missing air conditioning, it was very hot in the room and the fan wasn’t enough. Room was clean, linen was fresh, if you don’t mind hot temperature in the room (when it’s hot outside) you will be happy with the property.

The property was ok but I would not choose to stay there again primarily because of its location - it was a long way from the centre and finding a parking place in the evening was very difficult indeed and, in view of the very narrow, hilly streets also quite stressful. In addition, the general neighbourhood seemed quite run down compared to other areas of Las Palmas where I have stayed in the past

Posto tranquillo ed economico, vicino al centro. In alcune giornate servirebbe la climatizzazione.

Il posto è abbastanza vicino alla zona della città con locali e negozi. Si può andare in autobus. Il prezzo delle camere è conveniente. Il posto è molto tranquillo. Puoi cucinare e mangiare nello spazio comune (cucina e salottino), oppure puoi portare in camera il pasto e consumarlo sul tavolino interno. L'assistenza tramite Whatsapp viene data nella propria lingua ed è rapida e utile. La cucina, nonostante le osservazioni fatte sotto, è ampia e comoda da usare. Inoltre, oltre al frigo in camera c'è un frigo in comune e una cassa per il cibo per ogni camera da tenere in cucina. La stanza "Camera Doppia con Letti Singoli con Bagno Privato" è indicata di 25 m² mentre ha 9m² di camera + 2m² di bagno privato. Ho segnalato 2 volte la cosa ma non è stata corretta. Per le stanze che si affacciano nel corridoio interno all'edificio serve un climatizzatore perché non c'è modo di raffrescarne l'interno se non tramite alcune finestrelle piccole. Il ventilatore muove l'aria ma non la raffresca o deumidifica. Lo spazio comune manca di alcune cose di base per tenere pulito in autonomia: ho chiesto uno spray per pulire le superfici e uno straccio extra oltre a quello da usare per pulire il fornello. La cucina è costruita malino e alcune ante non si possono aprire correttamente. Inoltre, lo scarico del lavandino perde, ho avvisato la struttura ma è rimasto li.

Excelente estancia

Muy bien todo , tranquilidad , limpieza, relación calidad- precio , han reformado la habitación donde yo estuve , evitando ruidos molestos del otro baño contiguo así como corrientes de aire, en fin, excelente todo.
