About this property

Cozy vacation home ideal for families with outdoor area and games room

Welcome to my charming family home in the Douro region, an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Spread over two floors, it features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a game room (with a pool table, ping-pong table, and various games), and a garden adorned with fruit trees and a barbecue. Children will love the cistern converted into a pool (3x3x0.9m) and the swing set in the outdoor area, complete with lounge chairs and a dining table.
A location where convenience is key, with a mini-market right next door, and just 2 km from the centre of the village of Santa Marinha do Zezêre, which has a supermarket, petrol station, pharmacy, cafes, and restaurants. The centre of Resende is just 10 km away.
Explore the nearby Douro River, with its beaches, vineyards, and breathtaking views, for an unforgettable stay.
Located on the “Romanesque Route” with several tourist attractions to visit.
The Régua Pier is 20 km away, where Douro River cruises depart.
Amarante, with its beautiful historic centre and famous water park, is 25 km away.
