Das Haus könnte etwas Pflege und Wartung vertragen. Die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. So durften wir neben Hundekot der Vormieter auch Spinnennetze im Innern sowie Haare aus den Betten entfernen. Die Terrasse macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck; überall Unkraut, das dem Anschein nach schon seit mindestens einem halben Jahr unbeeindruckt gedeihen kann. Schade; mit ein paar Basics wäre es sicher deutlich angenehmer gewesen.

Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt und bot einen komfortablen Ausgangspunkt für unseren Strandurlaub. Die Lage war ideal, da sowohl der Callantsoog Beach als auch der Groote Keeten Beach in unmittelbarer Nähe liegen. Besonders gut gefiel uns, dass Haustiere erlaubt waren, da wir unsere beiden Hunde mitgebracht hatten. Der umzäunte Garten war ein tolles Extra für sie. Alles in allem ein praktischer und angenehmer Aufenthalt.
