Charmanter Urlaub

Wir haben zu viert zehn Tage hier verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist charmant eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz. Einzig die SchrĂ€nke fĂŒr die Kleidung sind nicht ausreichend und das Bad ist etwas klein. Der Garten ist groß und man kann dort wunderbar frĂŒhstĂŒcken. FĂŒr die Wege zum Strand und zum Einkaufen sollte man mind. 20 Minuten zu Fuß einplanen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, leider war es fĂŒr einen Sommerurlaub etwas zu kalt. Aber in der Umgebung gibt es vielfĂ€ltige Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Unsere Favoriten waren Texel und der Tierpark in Anna Paulowna.

Insgesamt sehr erholsam, die Gartenanlage sehr gut gepflegt. Wir vermissten jedoch die Gebrauchsanleitungen der gesamten elektrischen GerĂ€te , einschließlich Fernseher. Der bereitgestellte Tischgrill war definitiv zu klein, daher leider fĂŒr uns nicht nutzbar.

Silvester mit Hund nur bedingt zu empfehlen

GrundsĂ€tzlich schön, an Silvester fĂŒr Familien mit Ă€ngstlichem Hund allerdings nicht wirklich zu empfehlen. Im Park war es zwar ruhig, aber in der Umgebung wurde mit fast 1,5 stĂŒndigem Dauerfeuerwerk das neue Jahr begrĂŒĂŸt. Gerne wieder zu einer anderen Jahreszeit

Tolle Betreuung wÀhrend des Aufenthalts

Das Ferienhaus war gut und sauber. Der Garten ist eingezĂ€unt. Super fĂŒr unsere Hunde. Es gab wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts einige Probleme die wir verursacht hatten. Der Vermieter, Fa. CAN, war sofort zur Stelle und hat uns aus der Patsche geholfen. Einfach klasse.

Sehr empfehlenswert

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Ideal fĂŒr Hundebesitzer dank der perfekten EinzĂ€unung. 10 Minuten bis zum Strand, der seinesgleichen sucht. Prima Möglichkeiten zum Fahrradfahren, auch mit Hund. Sehr nette Verwalterin, die noch mal kurz durchwischte, weil die Besitzer die Reinigung vergessen hatten. Die Einrichtung ist in Ordnung. Es gibt 4 deutsche Fernsehprogramme, aber das ist auch ok, denn da kommt eh nur Blödsinn. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

WĂŒrden wir wieder buchen

Wir wĂŒrden das Haus trotz einiger Minuspunktr wieder buchen. Der hoch eingezĂ€unte und wirklich ausbruchssicherr Garten punktet einfach. Ich fand das Haus bei unserer Ankunft nicht so sauber. Da musste man selber Hand anlegen. Das Badezimmer muss renoviert werden, insbesondere und eigentlich nur die Dusche. Eine Katastrophe ist das Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach. Hier waren es im Mai schon 30 °C. Ein Ventilator hat uns gerettet. Hier gehört definitiv eine Klimaanlage rein..wie soll es hier bei höheren Außentemperaturen sein?

Ausstattung lĂ€sst zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig

Die GartenstĂŒhle (wenn man sie so nennen kann) sind eine Zumutung. Einfache StapelstĂŒhle ohne Auflagen,keine Liege und kein Gartentisch.Das TV-WandgerĂ€t ist fĂŒr das Wohnzimmer viel zu klein 8nur 4 deutsche TV-Sender). Bodenfliesen in der KĂŒche haben vile Abplatzungen. Das Badezimmer mĂŒsste komplett saniert werden.

Schöne ruhige Anlage

Im allgemeinen ist das Haus zu empfehlen gerade fĂŒr Hundebesitzer, da alles hoch eingezĂ€unt ist. Zu bemĂ€ngeln ist aber die Höhe der Reinigungsgebuehr, dafĂŒr kann man definitiv mehr erwarten. An den Möbel unten, zwischen der Couch alter Staub und Dreck. Die 2 Liegestuehle sind auch beide kaputt,ein Teil sogar komplett abgebrochen. Die Kuechenschublade muss dringend erneuert werden. Ansonsten war es ganz ok.
