Duinland XL consists of two adjoining bungalows, Duinland 89 and 90, each with its own entrance, kitchen, living room, and three bedrooms, totaling six bedrooms. Ideal for two families or a group of up to 12 who want to holiday together while enjoying individual privacy. Please note: there is no indoor connection or single shared indoor space for large group dining or lounging.

Each bright and open-plan living area comfortably hosts up to 6 people. Outdoors, you’ll find two terraces and a spacious shared garden, perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. Up to 2 dogs are welcome, so pets can enjoy the getaway too.

Located in a peaceful, wooded park just across from the dunes of Sint Maartenszee, the home offers quick access to nature and the beach, making it a great family-friendly base for walking, cycling, or simply unwinding.
