el apartamento esta encima de un pub que tiene música alta hasta altas horas de la madrugada y música en directo, fatal para ir con niños pequeños y no avisan al alquilarlo. La cama de matrimonio era solo muelles, las ventana del salón cerraban mal y se oía ruido a todas horas y entraba el calor de la calle. La playa de piedras al principio al entrar en el mar. Y poca arena para sombrillas. Una experiencia que no recomiendo. Como algo bueno la terraza que se estaba agusto ya que corre bastante el aire. Y quien quiera está cerca de Marina dor está todo cerca.

Nos gustaría aclarar que el apartamento está ubicado en una zona animada, muy próxima a Marina d'Or y a pocos pasos de la playa, lo que muchos de nuestros huéspedes valoran por su comodidad y ambiente vibrante, especialmente en temporada alta. Entendemos que esta vitalidad, incluyendo la música en directo del pub cercano, puede no ser ideal para quienes buscan un entorno más tranquilo, y tomamos nota de tu observación para reforzar esta información en futuras comunicaciones. En cuanto a los detalles del mobiliario y cerramientos, agradecemos que los señales: ya estamos revisando estos puntos con nuestro equipo de mantenimiento para mejorar la experiencia de nuestros futuros visitantes. Por otro lado, nos alegra saber que disfrutaste de la terraza y su agradable brisa, uno de los espacios más apreciados por quienes se alojan en el apartamento. Ideales Appartement direkt am Meer mit wenigen Negativpunkten

Sehr schönes Appartement direkt am Meer mit Tiefgarage (auch für mittelgrosse Autos wie Kombis geeignet). Kommunikation mit Agentur sehr gut (Englisch), gute Erklärungen und Dokumentationen wie die Wohnung zu finden ist und wie man in die Garage gelangt. Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und das Highlight ist der Balkon!Die Negativ Punkte (subjektiv): die Stromversorgung ist nicht so super - beide Klimaanlagen aktiv - Sicherung fliegt raus. Eine Klimaanlage und Kochherd aktiv - Sicherung fliegt raus. Die Fliesen im grossen Schlafzimmer waren teilweise lose sodass wenn man darauf tritt die Fliese hoch kommt! Die Balkontüre schliesst nicht richtig und - für alle mit Teenager oder wer arbeiten will/muss: kein WiFi (allerdings in Beschreibung auch nicht erwähnt). WiFi wäre eine meines Erachtens in 2025 absolute Notwendigkeit - bei der Stromversorgung kann vermutlich nicht so viel gemacht werden aber wäre gut, wenn dies mal überprüft würde. Was auch erwähnenswert ist: unten an der Strasse gibt es eine Bar (direkt unter dem Appartement) welche an 5 Tagen in der Woche sehr laute Livemusik von etwa 22:00 bis 00:30 hat. man muss gar nicht nach unten gehen, die Musik ist so laut dass man es in allen Zimmern dröhnen hört - da kann das Appartement aber nichts dafür, das ist einfach Fakt.Ansonsten sehe gelungen, Preis/Leistung in der Hochsaison unter Berücksichtigung der Lage und auch Garage in Ordnung.
