You can access the building independently using a PIN and the apartment via the key box.<br><br>Inside, you’ll find everything you need. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, cookware, and utensils. Bathroom with sink, mirror, toilet, bidet, bathtub, and hair dryer. Living room with a sofa bed for two people, dining table, chairs, TV, air conditioning, and board games. Bedroom with a double bed, built-in closet with hangers, bookshelf, nightstands, and air conditioning. Balcony with outdoor furniture where you can marvel at the views of the Mediterranean Sea. You’ll also have Wi-Fi available for working… or for uploading the wonderful photos you’ll take.<br><br>In addition, the apartment is equipped with a security system that complies with VRBO regulations, as the installed devices do not capture any images—they are sensors, not cameras.<br><br>The interior is cosy, but you won’t want to miss the exterior. It’s a prime location at the northern tip of La Manga, where the waters of the Mediterranean meet those of the Mar Menor. The beach accessible from the complex is usually quiet, though you can also visit Veneziola Beach, which has more swimmers. Or watch the sunrise at the former and the sunset at the latter—why not, right?<br><br>The complex also features a pool, a gym, and a spa. You can find the pool and spa rules among the photos in the listing. Please note that only those 16 and older are allowed in the spa and gym.<br><br>The pool is open between Holy Week and October 15, daily from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. It is suitable for adults and children; there is also a separate pool for younger children.<br><br>The gym is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. It features a set of dumbbells, a treadmill, and a multi-gym machine. Maximum one reservation per day (1 hour).<br><br>The spa is open from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. between June 1 and September 30. If you’re travelling outside these dates, it will be open from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. In addition to the hot tub, it features various showers, a pebble path, heated loungers, a sauna, and a Turkish bath. The latter two facilities are only available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. A maximum of two reservations per week (45 minutes Mon–Thu and 1 hour Fri–Sun); consecutive days cannot be reserved.<br><br>A bike path is available next to the pedestrian area that starts at the residential complex, as well as bike racks within the complex itself.<br><br>If you’re coming by car, you can use the corresponding indoor parking space during your stay. The entrance is located next to the road, past the stairs leading into the residential complex.<br><br>If you’re using public transport, you can take Alsa (Movibus) Line 44, which goes to Veneziola.
