It overlooks the Duquesa 18 hole golf course, the apartment is situated very close to the Duquesa Marina, so perfect as no car or taxi needed of an evening as its literally 3 mins walk to all bars, restaurants & beaches.
Apt has everything you need for a holiday let including free WiFi, Tv with many English channels.Comprises of a master bedroom with balcony and en suite & 2 x bedrooms with bathrooms.

The apt is very secure, gated entrance with 24hr security guard,
pool area also has free sun-loungers, showers and toilet facilities.
Very convenient for visiting Gibraltar 35mins on a bus , Puerto Banus etc as well as the many golf courses in the
area.
