A few steps from Campo San Barnaba and only two minutes from Campo Santa Margherita, the pulsating heart of Venetian life, rich with bars, restaurants and typical venues, this accommodation offers an ideal position to experience the city like a true resident.
The proximity to Ponte dell'Accademia allows comfortable access to the main museums and wonders of Venice, while the Ca' Rezzonico vaporetto stop, a short distance from the apartment, connects in approximately 10 minutes with St. Mark's Square.
This studio apartment has a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Check-ins are possible from 3 pm to 7 pm. Later check-ins are possible by prior agreement and with a supplement of €30.00 for arrivals by 10 pm or €50.00 by 11 pm. At check-in, the tourist tax of €5 per person per night will be required and a rental contract will be completed and signed, which will also include the details of a credit card in the guests' name as a guarantee for damages.
