Breathtakingly beautiful! Hoswas very helpful and responded promptly with any questions/requests that we had. They arranged a full day Etna tour for our group and also airport transfers for 3 of us on our last day. The home is well situated to take advantage of all that Taromina and Isola Bella have to offer visitors. There was lots of room for us to spread out and relax and also a good selection of cooking equipment for the days when we chose to cook our own meals. We were a group of 5 adults celebrating a special birthday and loved this location.Thank you to all the staff at Love Sicilia for a very memorable holiday.

The house was clean and it did have a beautiful view. Unlike the website picture, there are cable wires for the cable car that are across your view. The beds and linens were comfortable. There is a wash machine but no laundry detergent. We had six people for four nights and we're given one bath towel each. No beach towels provided. The whirlpool worked sometimes. The gardens and the house are older and could use some attention. There was some paint / plaster that was falling from the ceiling in one of the bathrooms. The oven in the kitchen did not work. The house is in a good location, out of the busy areas but within a 20 minute walk for shopping and down to the coast.

Hi Karen, Thanks for your review. They're always helpful for us to improve. I'd like to point out that we provide a bath towel, a face towel, a bidet towel, and a pool/beach towel for each guest. It seems strange to me that you wrote otherwise. Regarding detergents, even though we're not required to provide them as vacation rentals, we always provide them. You probably didn't see them and could have asked for them. We also find the comment about the whirlpool strange because it works properly and you didn't mention anything. Thank you for the good rating you gave us; we'll be more careful to avoid future misunderstandings.
