Holiday home with a panoramic view of the Haugsfjorden and beautiful sunsets. Perfect for holidays with friends, family or for fishing. Final cleaning included in the price. Arrivals from 18:00. Living room with sofa group, pool table and fireplace. Norwegian and Nordic TV channels via Allente and German channels via Astra1. Internet: 350 Mbits. Google TV. Combined kitchen and dining room. Bathroom with shower cubicle and underfloor heating. From 1 May 2025, there will be a second bathroom and outdoor hot tub for 6 people. Single beds can be put together to make double beds. 100 m. to Hakallegarden, an open farm with i.e. alpaca, peacock, minipigs, and donkey. The property borders the beach Sandvikssanden, 150 m away, with chalky white sand and a changing room with shower and WC. Hakalletrappen, a stone staircase with approx. 700 steps, leads to fantastic views of the islands and sea. Great fishing opportunities in the area, including sea fishing. 5 km to the trout lake Sandvikvatnet. Filleting space and freezer in the basement. Distance to boat: One mooring 500 m away, 3 km to the rest of the moorings. The boat is booked at the same time as booking the holiday home. Rental boats with GPS/chart plotter/sonar: 2 x 21-foot Øien with 70 HP Yamaha, 8 rod holders. Max 4-5 people 3 x 18-foot Øien with 25 HP Yamaha, 6 rod holders. Max 3-4 people 1 x 23-foot for Dolmøy with 100 HP Selva, 8 rod holders. Max 4-5 people Payment terminal/card reader for payment of boat rental etc. The Car charger here is Amina type 2.
