We had a great stay here. The keys were easy to pick up in a lockbox just around the corner from the apartment, and the apartment was in a great location. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook meals, and the extra sofa bed in the living room was comfortable and very convenient. Holi-Rent was efficient and communicative.

The property needs work, showers, toilets, curtains cupboards in the kitchen all need fixing. The property is good for its location to the city center. It is very loud. Noise out on the street is constant, the windows don’t filter out any noise because they are old and need repair. The apartment upstairs has a small child that runs back and forth. Asked them to stop but didn’t do anything.if your staying for the weekend it might be ok but any longer I would recommend finding another place. We spent three weeks there for Spanish school.

Thank you for your review. This property is not brand new, and there is always room for improvement, but we just disagree on the comments regarding the apartment condition. Remember you are staying in a private building, so there are families around you, it is not normal to have home noises around you.

Les 2 salles de bains sont appréciables mais dans une salle de bain il n'y a pas de pression dans le jet de douche, et dans l'autre il n'y a pas de jet de douche, seulement le pommeau du plafond. Le service ne nous prévient pas à l'avance la méthode pour récupérer les clés, cela aurait pu être préférable.C'est très facile tout de même et très proche de l'appartement. Informations intéréssantes à rajouter dans votre livret d'accueil :Numéro de téléphone de taxiEndroits / procédures à suivre pour faire garder les bagages le jour du départ si besoin.
