Villa Azzurra is a charming two-storey house located in the quiet Sesmarias neighborhood in Albufeira, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. It is the ideal retreat for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing holiday in the Algarve.



The living and dining area is spacious and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The bright and comfortable space is ideal for moments of relaxation and socializing, while the dining area encourages shared meals with family or friends, with direct access to the outdoors where natural light enhances the atmosphere.



On the ground floor, there is a suite bedroom with a bathroom featuring a bathtub, offering privacy and comfort, along with a guest bathroom with a shower for added convenience during your stay.



Upstairs, the villa has two bedrooms with two single beds each, simply and comfortably decorated. This floor also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and access to a wonderful terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun and the pleasant Algarve climate.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, providing everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals with ease.



Outside, guests can enjoy a fantastic private pool, perfect for cooling off on hot days, a barbecue area ideal for outdoor dining, and a ping-pong table for fun and entertainment. The spacious outdoor area offers a relaxing and inviting atmosphere, perfect for making the most of sunny days.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests

From the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.
Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.
Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Changeover day is on Thursday, however this may be flexible in low season.
Standard Breakage Deposit: €450 / Groups: €150 per person (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).
The property is booked from 4 pm on your arrival day until 10 am on your departure day.

Villa Azzurra exceeded all our expectations. The location is peaceful, yet close to all the amenities and beaches in Albufeira. The terrace upstairs was a lovely surprise, offering great views and a nice spot to unwind. The pool was fantastic, and the outdoor space was ideal for our family. We had an amazing time at this villa! The outdoor area was absolutely stunning, with a large private pool and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The barbecue area was perfect for our evening meals, and the kids loved the ping-pong table. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver on hot days. We can’t wait to come back!

The property was pretty much as listed, spacious, and equipped (apart from no spare basic items such as bin liners etc.). Air con was good, but only in the bedrooms. Wifi was reliable but little signal upstairs. Overall, the place and furnishings need updating. The sunbeds in particular have seen better days, with only one sun shade for the 6 beds. The pool was too cold in late September, being 6 foot deep and unheated or uncovered. You really need a car, or use the excellent uber service, to get around. We weren't allowed access until dead on 4pm despite the property being unoccupied for 5 days prior, that's the first time we've ever had that.

Beautiful property. Pool was clean and it was cleaned while we were there. Only things we found were for the cost per night garbage bins were very cheap and tiny. Tops falling off. Had to change them daily. The large burner didn’t work on the stove and cooking for 4 adults it was frustrating and took long using small frying pans. Wrote about it and they wanted a video and I sent that but didn’t hear back. There was also a terrible gas/sewer smell from the main floor bathroom. Nothing was done about that either. If those were looked after I would stay there again. But our concerns should have been looked after.

Amazing trip to Albufeira

Our stay at Villa Azzurra was incredible! We were in a group of 6 friends and were extremely satisfied with the impeccable service. From the transfer from Faro airport to Albufeira, everything went perfectly. We arrived before check-in time, around 10am, but the staff was super attentive and allowed us to store our bags for a fair price in a safe space, which was very convenient. The villa itself is wonderful, with a private pool that we made the most of and outdoor areas perfect for relaxing. The environment was peaceful and the house had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Without a doubt, it was an excellent experience and we will be back!

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Azzurra in Albufeira, and we have nothing but praise to say! We were a group of 7 people, and the house was perfect for our family. The villa is charming, with a welcoming design and very well looked after. The kitchen is large and well equipped, allowing us to prepare family meals with ease. The living room is comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, and the dining room with direct access to the outside was one of our favorite places for meals. The rooms are very comfortable and well equipped with air conditioning, guaranteeing a peaceful night's rest. The suite on the first floor, with the terrace, was one of the highlights for us, providing a charming view and moments of tranquility. The outdoor area is simply fantastic! The private pool is large and well maintained, and we spent hours enjoying the sun and having fun at the ping pong table. The barbecue space was also used a lot, making our evenings even more enjoyable. The location of Villa Azzurra, in Sesmarias, is perfect for those seeking tranquility, but at the same time wanting to be close to the amenities of Albufeira.
