This is a very nice, modern cabin, beautifully done. Great for a couple on a getaway. The cabin is located on the edge of town, close enough to stores and restaurants and not on a busy street. This cabin, one of five, is in the back of the property with only one other cabin close by. We have also stayed at the Jumping Goat Ranch which is out of town and more private. Both places are wonderful. I would like to own a cabin like this.

Cutest place! Easy check-in and out! Comfortable bed! A few minutes from Main but felt secluded. Enjoyed the front porch and the view! The secluded patio and hot tub were an awesome bonus! Well stocked and had everything we needed! One little thing, would have enjoyed a more comfortable couch but not a deal breaker. One of our favorite places we have stayed in! Would love to rent again!

Great Place to Getaway!

We used the property as a getaway for a few days just the two of us. We had an amazing time and would consider using this property again in the future. The amenities were excellent and exceeded our expectations.

Lovely weekend

Great place! Owners thought of everything and were very easy to communicate with when we had to change reservations multiple times. Very peaceful surroundings but super convenient to town. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great place to stay! The overall layout of the cabins was so cozy & you don’t feel at all like your neighbors were too close & it felt very private, quiet & relaxing. There is a grassy area out back & our dogs loved exploring. The lot next door is fenced & we saw deer around dusk. The outdoor shower & hot tub were amazing, the overall layout of the house was perfect, but that bathroom! Wow! We love the wet area with the shower/tub enclosed. Perfect! The only thing we had any issue with was the mattress on the bed as we are accustomed to a pretty soft mattress, so sleeping was an issue & we both had trouble sleeping. The house is located super close to the HEB and Adam’s street which leads straight to Main Street. Really easy drive in & back. Didn’t even need to use the GPS. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Beautiful property!

This was our first time in Fredericksburg. It was a beautiful space. Nestled close enough to city but felt our away from the crowds. It was a beautiful property with a all the necessities needed. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful setting… loved the furnishings and decor! The bed was super comfy with fluffy pillows! And the jetted tub was heavenly! Pictures matched the actual property.

Serene

Absolutely beautiful! Clean, relaxing, private and overall a VERY good experience. The whole house was very thoughtful as far as the look, design all the way to the softness of the bed sheets. Definitely will recommend to friends and family and will book another stay when headed back to that part of Texas.

All the creature comforts!

We loved the Hideaway at The Gathering. It was the perfect layout and had all of the little details we didn't know we needed. Brenda was super responsive to my questions. The entire setting was beautiful and our Hideaway was peaceful. As Goldilocks would say, everything was just right. Bed was great quality / comfort. Private patio was the perfect place to enjoy a glass of local wine. My only regret was that we didn't stay longer (we will next time).

Hideaway stay 2025

Love the place! Only issue is the couch is very uncomfortable and hard to watch TV way up high and doesn’t tilt or move. The bed is very uncomfortable as well. We also know to bring paper and painters tape since the bedroom is way bright in the mornings and no way to block windows.

Overall was amazing!!! Outside tv has line in it, but still watchable. Bedroom was way to bright in morning for people that would sleep in. We put painter paper and tape and was 100% better next two mornings. Bed was so so to our liking. Fire place was perfect and loved it. This is a great place to stay!!
