Kitchenette:
Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, dishware, and complimentary Hill Country–roasted coffee. A chic bistro nook is the perfect place to savor your morning brew or a glass of wine.

Living Area:
Lounge on the sofa or reading chair in the open-concept living room, complete with vaulted ceilings, Roku TV, and the warmth of a double-sided gas fireplace — a cozy backdrop for both quiet nights in and special occasions.

Courtyard:
Step outside to your private courtyard retreat, featuring a hot tub, fire pit, outdoor seating, Roku TV, and the second side of the double fireplace. Whether you’re sipping morning coffee, stargazing, or enjoying a glass of wine, this outdoor haven is made for connection and relaxation.

Guest Access:
You’ll have the entire guesthouse and private courtyard to yourself. This includes the bedroom with en-suite bathroom, living room, kitchenette, and the outdoor retreat with hot tub, fire pit, and double-sided fireplace.

For parking, there is free parallel streetside parking directly in front of the property, a short walk from The Hideaway’s front door — making arrival simple and stress-free.

The Neighborhood:
The Hideaway is set on what was once an 1880s homestead, offering a quiet Hill Country escape just one mile from Fredericksburg’s historic Main Street. Guests love being close to wineries, restaurants, and boutique shops — while still enjoying the peace and privacy of their own retreat. Out back, you’ll find open fields perfect for sunset views and a tranquil Hill Country atmosphere.

Getting Around:
Parking is easy with free parallel streetside parking at the front of the property. For exploring the area, you’ll have access to Post Oak Driving Co., our in-house service specializing in private wine tours and driving experiences. As a Porch Light guest, you’ll enjoy priority booking and exclusive discounted rates for safe, luxury rides to Fredericksburg’s wineries, restaurants, and attractions.
