As we were driving to this town I asked the host if there were any specific check in instructions we should know about as we were headed to the VRBO. I got a reply that our booking had been cancelled, that they sold the property. There was absolutely no discussion of this prior to me asking about check in instructions…it left us in a difficult position trying to find a last-minute place for 6 of us to stay. Very disappointing, very unprofessional.
