- On the top level: a large dormitory with 3 single beds

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :
- The deposit of 750 euros is not cashed. Our secure deposit system (Swikly) makes a simple imprint of your credit card.
- Your Property Manager Fanny will be at your disposal during your stay.

- Bed and bath linen is not included in the price (optional)
- Cleaning must be done by the tenant at the end of the stay. A compulsory "intermediate cleaning" fee of 50 euros is charged at the time of booking and corresponds to the disinfection and preparation of the house between two rentals. For those who do not want to think about cleaning before their departure, we also offer an optional "full cleaning" package at 100 euros.
- The tourist tax is to be paid on the spot according to the current rate by check or cash (except airbnb)
