Prime riverfront property sits on 10 acres with an outdoor BBQ and fire pit, as well as screened in porch. The cabin has 4 bedrooms; one queen bed, two double beds and 4 twin beds. Original pine walls with new Marmoleum floors. Bedrooms have either low pile carpet, hardwood or cork. TV, new stove, refrigerator and microwave. Enjoyed by 4 generations of family, unique charm and comfort are yours during your stay.

A nice retreat for adults.

The home was updated and well stocked with necessities. I loved the large yard and screened in porch. Communication with the property owner was excellent. The only negative I would give is that you cannot swim at the property. The stream was shallow and filled with tree branches. We could not even use a kaiak. We had to travel to other lakes for water recreation.

Lovely peaceful riverside cabin

Our family absolutely loved staying here for a week after a wedding in Traverse City. Having coffee every morning by the river, bonfires in the evening, it was so peaceful. It’s a private location, yet close enough to go to Traverse City for dining, activities. The cabin itself was so nice and so comfortable. The kitchen has pretty much everything we needed to cook daily meals. The cabin is cozy and has such a nice “up north” vibe to it. Our whole family enjoyed the week there and were sad to leave!

The Perfect Getaway Cabin

The pictures could never capture the true beauty of this place! We visited Lisa's family cabin to escape city living and were not disappointed. This property is cozy and full of light and great energy. It had everything we needed to make home cooked meals, and isolate into nature. The house sits in a secluded area that makes you fee like you are the only people around. Lisa was a wonderful host and always very kind and thorough in our communications. We will definitely come back for another stay, you should too!

Little Red Cabin

This quaint little cabin tucked in the woods accommodated our group of 6 with plenty of room to spare. The crisp river provided endless entertainment for our two Grandkids kids while the fire pit and changing leaves pleased the adults. The cabin was very nice, clean, and provided everything we needed for our stay. It was an ideal location with 15 to 20 mins to Traverse City, Elk Rapids, and Bellaire and all the surrounding areas. Lots of accessible well kept hiking and biking trails near by. We can’t wait to come back to visit again. Thank you!
