About this property

This beautiful "Baycation" house is the perfect place to spend your summer vacation! (Located right next door to our other VRBO property #407276 if you are interested in renting two houses for larger groups)

This beach house is a three bedroom, one bath home located directly on East Grand Traverse Bay. It has spectacular views, private sandy beach, and is located 2.5 miles from downtown Traverse City. It is also an easy walking distance along the beach to the State Park where you can enjoy recreational water equipment rentals. We also have a fire pit for s'mores.

We provide a washer and dryer, and all linens. (bring your own beach towels).

Great little house on the lake

When we first arrived we had to do some cleaning. As warned in some reviews the house was on a very busy street and you could hear the traffic from inside so definitely needed a sound machine. Otherwise the location in proximity to everything was great, the view and being on the water was amazing, check in was easy, the host was prompt in responding prior to arrival. All in all I would stay here again.

Adult weekend away

We had 5 adults staying at the house, and we all had a wonderful time. The house was the perfect size for us. We've been to Traverse City many times, but this was our first time staying along the water. The views were stunning. We enjoyed fires in the fire pit each night while listening to the waves. The location is so close to downtown as well. All in all, it was fantastic trip!
