Studio apartment A5 is located on the second floor of the house and is suitable for a maximum of two people. It has a balcony overlooking the sea and a pebble beach. The living area has two single beds, satellite TV, kitchen elements and appliances, table and chairs for dining and a bathroom with shower. In the fenced and beautifully landscaped yard of 1100 m2 there is a parking lot for guests of the apartment, and right next to it there is a barbecue area with garden furniture, deck chairs and umbrellas and for the youngest guests and toys to play with. Also, guests have at their disposal a shared laundry room where there is a washing machine, iron and other accessories and an outdoor shower.
