La Discesa di San Giuseppe is located in the heart of Termini Imerese’s historic centre, a strategic location between Palermo and Cefalù, both of which are easily accessible, just 30 km away. Ideal for a couple or a small group of friends, the property can comfortably accommodate 2–4 people.

The house is located just 600 metres from the train station, making travel simple and convenient. In addition, the beach in Termini Imerese is just one kilometre away, allowing you to enjoy the wonders of the sea in just a few minutes.

Inside, you’ll find a cosy kitchen-living room, perfect for preparing meals and relaxing after a day of exploring. The house has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one single bedroom. Between the two bedrooms is a second bathroom with a shower, in addition to the main bathroom adjacent to the living room; both are equipped with all the amenities you’ll need for your stay.

We ask guests to let us know in advance their preferred bed arrangement so that we can best organise linen changes and ensure a flawless stay. In particular, please kindly notify the owner if both rooms need to be prepared for reservations for two guests; this request incurs an additional charge of €7.
